Refund & Cancellation Policy : Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira Alumni Association
The Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira Alumni Association reserve the right to refuse/cancel a donation towards the
activities of the organization if:
1.The donor does not indicate the purpose of the donation.
2.The donor does not give his full name, address and other contact details.
3.The donor does not give his PAN or Aadhar when donating an amount less than ₹ 5,000/- or PAN when donating an amount ₹ 5,000/ or above.
If a person remits donation but due to slow internet connectivity, bank server failure or technical problem of the website, does not receive any confirmation
message, and finds that the money has been debited from his / her bank account, please contact us by WhatsApp to +91 70036 15034 or +91 94334 51591 or email
us at alumnividyamandira@gmail.com. We will check the transaction status and update / inform you the status of the transaction.
If there is any mistake in donating us, and the donor wants to refund his / her money back, contact us by WhatsApp to +91 70036 15034 or +91 94334 51591 or email us
at alumnividyamandira@gmail.com with your transaction reference number within three days, stating the reason for the refund. If we agree with the reasons
for claiming refund we will try to refund back the money.
Please note:
1.Refund of donations will not be allowed if the Section 80G Donation Receipts are already communicated / despatched to the donor.
2.All refund requests must be made by the donor or the bank account holder from whose account the money has been transferred.
3.Refund requests must include the name of the donor and transaction reference number along with the details of the account from which the transaction has been made.
4.Refunds will be credited back to the bank account from which the payment had been made.
