Donations made to Alumni Association are exempt of Income Tax u/s 80G (5)(vi)of the Income Tax Act, 1961 vide Order of Approval in
Form No. 10AC. Unique Registration Number for Section 80G: AAAAR3513NF20211, Date of Approval: 07-04-2022, Validity from AY 2022-23 to AY 2026-27.

Donation to Vidyamandira Alumni Association can be made Online as well as Offline. If you wish to make Offline donation please click

Instructions relating to Online Payment of Donation
1. We have shifted to online mode for accepting all donations using the ICICI EazyPay payment collection facility and ICICI EazyPay
payment gateway.
2. We do not encourage any other online mode of payment like direct fund transfer to our Bank Accounts through UPI or Internet Banking.
3. No login is necessary to donate online. You need to enter only some necessary personal details and the amount and purpose of donation.
Please make sure to enter the correct details – Name, Address, Email ID, PAN or Aadhaar No. and Mobile Number. Please do not enter multiple names in the ‘First Name’
and ‘Last Name’ fields. Make use of the ‘Remarks’ field to enter additional information, if any.
4. Please fill up all the fields marked as "*" as they are mandatory fields. Only after filling up the fields correctly you will be taken
to the payment page of ICICI EazyPay. Otherwise the transaction will be aborted.
5. Convenience Charges are payable by the donor for certain transactions while using the ICICI EazyPay to donate online. The details of
the charges are given in the table below:

6. After successful payment you will receive a SMS from ICICI Bank informing about the payment made to us along with the Reference ID.
7. A Donation Payment Receipt will be automatically generated after successful transaction. This receipt can be downloaded and saved.
8. A link to download the Donation Payment Receipt would also be sent to you by email from receipt@alumnividyamandira.in. If the email id
is mistyped, you will not receive the donation receipt by email. If the transaction is successful but you don’t see the email in your inbox you may please check
your spam folder.

General Instructions relating to Donation
1. PAN or Aadhaar Number is required for donations below ₹5,000. PAN is mandatory for donations above ₹5,000. Please type your PAN correctly
in UPPERCASE. Submission of incorrect PAN may result in non-receipt of benefit under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
2. We accept donations from Indian citizens only and accept online donation only from any bank in India. Any person staying outside India has the
option to donate online from his or her NRO or NRE bank accounts in India. We are not permitted to receive donation from foreigners or in foreign currency.
3. Please choose Endowment as Nature of Donation if you want us to invest the donated amount and use the interest from the donated amount
for specified purpose. The minimum amount for an Endowment donation to an already existing Endowment Fund is ₹1,000. In case of creation of a new Endowment Fund
the minimum amount of donation should be ₹1,00,000. Please mention the suggested name for the new Endowment Fund in "Remarks" field.
4. After making a donation for Endowment Fund donors are required to download the Consent Form. Click
here to download a Consent Form. Take a printout of the downloaded Consent Form, fill in the form and send us a scanned copy of the Consent Form by email from
your personal email id to alumnividyamandira@gmail.com. You may also send the duly signed copy of the Consent Form
by post or courier to Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira Alumni Association, P.O. Belur Math, Howrah-711202. Please note that as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act
a donation will be treated as a corpus donation (donation for Endowment Fund) only if followed by a specific written direction of the donor.
5. Please choose Non-Endowment as Nature of Donation if you want the entire proceeds of the donation to be utilised for the specified
purpose during that financial year. The minimum amount for Non-Endowment donation is ₹100.
6. A Certificate of Donation in Form 10BE (for availing benefit u/S 80G of the Income Tax Act) will be sent by WhatsApp or email to every
donor within three months from the end of the financial year in which the donation was made.
