FAQ - For Donation to Vidyamandira Alumni Association
A Note to Donors regarding Online Donation
1. When a donor makes a donation online, certain information is required to be sent to us by email to
alumnividyamandira@gmail.com including donor’s name, address, income tax PAN, phone number, email address and purpose of the donation.
2. The minimum amount for online donation is ₹ 100. We presently do not receive any “foreign contribution”.
3. PAN or Aadhaar Number is required for donations below ₹5,000; PAN is mandatory for all donations above ₹5,000.
4. Enter PAN in UPPERCASE. Submission of incorrect PAN may result in non-receipt of benefit under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
5. You will receive an 80G donation receipt, after a successful transaction, from alumnividyamandira@gmail.com within seven
working days. A formal Certificate of Donation generated from the website of Income Tax Department, India in Form 10BE will be sent by email or WhatsApp
within the first quarter of the next financial year.
6. Please make sure to enter the correct details – Name, Address, Email ID, Phone no., PAN or Aadhaar No; If the email id is mistyped,
you may not receive the donation receipt by email.
